CCNA CISCO ENGINEER

Purpose: One of TEKsystems clients in southeast Michigan is in need of a CCNA CISCO ENGINEER for a long-term contract engagement.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
It will be the responsibility of this position to carry-out Change Requests for a Large Enterprise Customer Convergence on a legacy data network.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Configuration, Testing and Configuration Changes to CISCO Routers and Switches for a Large Enterprise Customer Convergence project.

Candidates who will received consideration MUST display hands-on work experience at an expert level in the following:
CISCO Router/Switch Configuration Skills
T1 to DS3 Circuits
ISDN
PROTOCOLS ? IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF, RIP, IS-IS, EGP, BGP
Strong written and verbal communication skills

CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
CCNA
CCNP

SCHEDULE:
The work schedule will be normal work hours (Mon ? Fri 8am to 5pm) with provisions (advanced planning) for Maintenance during non-critical hours (mostly weekends) will be required.

SALARY RANGE: LOW $85K HIGH $95K
