Qualifications:

We are looking for someone that has their bachelor's of Architecture, (not required), as well as a minimum of 3 years of professional U.S. AutoCAD experience. We are also looking for a candidate that possesses strong management experience so they can lead their team of drafters.


Job Description:

Get involved with a great studio team with diverse market types. Within this studio we are looking for someone who can or who wants to work with projects from inception through completion. We need a self motivated team player to coordinate specifications and drawings as well as spearhead the consultant coordination and be highly proficient with code compliance and construction administration. Our CAD manager will also be responsible for providing the direction of the team, coordinating QA/QC process, and identifying issues affecting the project budget, construction costs and schedules.

Our Job Captain will be working directly with our Project Managers as well as having hands on development and training with their team of drafters. Leadership and ambition to be the best and create the best is what we are looking for in this new position.

Salary:

This position is paying between $40,000 to $50,000 a year depending on the years of professional experience and level of expertise. This also includes a full benefits package as well as a 401K plan and annual bonuses pending a performance review.
