We have an excellent opportunity for an entry level Tolling Inspector to join our thermoforming operation in St. Paul, Minnesota.

We are looking for a person with CAD experience (Solidworks, Mastercam preferred but not requires) to work within our tooling area of Project engineering. This position utilizes cad programs to verify designs and manufactured tooling along with auditing of parts to ensure compliance with customer blue prints and or cad data specifications. This position is also involved with verifying gauge layouts and the collection of ISIR data utilizing the C.M.M (coordinate measuring machine) and other measuring equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS for this position are as follows:
·Prior CAD experience (Solidworks, Mastercam, VeriSerf, and CadCam a plus)
·Familiarity with the use of a C.M.M is a plus
·Ability to properly use precision measuring instruments. Prior experience in Quality/Tool making and or other inspection involving detailed/complex measurement inspection a plus

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
·Attention to detail by accurately documenting and measuring tolerances.
·Willingness to broaden knowledge in I.S.I.R process, Precise Measurement, Geometry and Trigonometry, and CAD data manipulation
·Dedicated to expanding qualifications in the quality and tooling fields, and to continue education
·Overtime may be required

Willing to consider individuals with CAD background who are willing to take additional MasterCam training
Local candidates preferred.
