C++ Application Engineer

Develop graphical user interface software for a Windows NT/2000/XP platform. Ability to design, code, integrate, document and verify application programs involving Visual C++, and Windows NT/2000/XP is required. Knowledge of C, C++, and Object Oriented Design (OOD) is required. Experience with Qt Trolltech tools, CORBA/IDL, and ACE/TAO a strong plus. Hardware communication interfaces and Access/SQL database experience a plus. Familiarity with the workings of radio communications equipment is strongly desired. Understanding of wireless protocols (IS-136, IS-95, cdma2000, WCDMA, GSM/EDGE) is a strong plus. BSEE or BSCS and 3+ years of applications programming experience required. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. U.S. citizenship required.
