This is a high profile, very visible business development position with a highly successful, privately-owned provider of RF and Electromechanical Interconnect products to corporate and industrial companies throughout the world. You will work with World Class Global companies including all major electronics manufacturers in the Cellular, Wireless Data, Automotive, Government/Defense, GPS/Telematics, and Medical markets. Strong global demand for interconnect products are driving our market growth.
The candidate we are looking for is highly successful, self confident and has experience calling on CEOs or VPs in a highly competitive market where your product or service isn’t necessarily the “cheapest”. You also excel in building and maintaining those relationships. To qualify, you must have prior success in opening new accounts in a very competitive environment where your job is to replace the existing supplier as well as establish our products on customer blueprints. We prefer at least 5 years successful sales experience in one or more of the following industries: automotive and their suppliers, medical equipment, government/defense, security systems, cellular, wireless/WiMax, mobile computing, RFID, GPS/Telematics, and tier 2 contract manufacturers.
The position calls for someone with guts, tenacity, and a ‘can do attitude’. These intangibles coupled with excellent communication skills, plus the ability to write proposals, and follow-up with a sense of urgency has made you a success in your career to date. You can express yourself with clarity, have excellent ideas and profound curiosity, which will challenge your customer’s upper management, our internal resources, and drive company growth.

Our headquarters is in Hoffman Estates with a manufacturing facility in Taiwan. The company is ISO/TS16949 registered, a distinction shared by only the top 2% of U.S, manufacturing companies.
The individual we’re looking for must be a self-starter, money-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales and success. You must have prior earnings of at least $70,000 (base plus commission).
