Business Development Manager (Tech & Eng)

Volt Services Group, a publicly traded, Fortune 1000 international staffing services provider, currently seeks an Business Development Manager for the Cincinnati, OH office. Bring your direct sales talent to an industry leader and have unlimited earning potential! The role of a Business Development Manager is to develop new business opportunities within the Cincinnati market offering a full range of staffing solutions to clients in the Technical and Engineering industries. The Account Manager will be held accountable for personal production while contributing to the over all success of the branch. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with local, regional and national level clients by prospecting and cold calling to uncover their specific staffing needs. You'll be supported by an experienced staff of recruiters who proactively recruit talent for the business that is generated through your sales activity. Volt will provide all the tools and resources to set you up for success including interactive sales training.


Requirements:

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 2 years direct sales experience including prospecting, cold calling and client presentations within a professional business to business sales organization. Experience working within the Technical and/or Engineering field is required. Strong communication and organizational skills are required in order to maintain a level of activity which includes qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, and generating revenue. The ideal candidate will have intermediate level Word and Excel skills along with Internet research capabilities and networking skills. Staffing industry experience is a plus!
