Business Development Manager (RF Systems)

NuWaves, a premier supplier of Radio Frequency (RF) Systems, RF Products, and Engineering Design Services, is actively seeking a talented, high energy, and highly motivated Business Development Manager to support the company’s strategic mission in gathering new business in the Defense, Government, and Industrial Sectors.

Develop and maintain existing client relationships, serving as a business relationship builder with industrial, defense, and government customers. Identify new business clients and pursue contracts that meet the company’s strategic business plan. Candidates should have outstanding proposal writing skills and be able to understand customers’ requirements. Candidates must have experience in generating new business within the Department of Defense (DoD) and as a subcontractor to DoD primes. Must be capable of leading a proposal Team and traveling to client’s location to deliver oral proposals.
REQUIREMENTS
Individual’s must be results oriented and self directed. Must have a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical science. An understanding of RF Systems, RF Subsystems, RF Products, and Communications Systems is a must. Marketing experience a plus. Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills are a must.
