Bridge Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead bridge design efforts within a transportation group. The successful candidate must have ability to manage projects and staff; the ability to successfully interact with Bridge Division engineers in state DOT's; and the ability to develop technical and fee proposals. BSCE, 10-12 years of increasing responsible professional bridge design experience, LRFD design experience, and PE registration required. Required Qualifications: * Bachelors of Science Civil Engineering * Registered Professional Engineer * 10-12 years of Bridge Design Experience (OK, MO, KS, AR, IL, TX, one or more desired) * Strong Communication and Organization skills * Experience in Managing Projects and Staff * Business Development Experience Desirable But Not Required
