Bridge Design Engineer

We are currently seeking a Bridge Design Engineer to join our Structures Department and work on bridge and other transportation structure facilities including retaining walls, soundwalls, and pump stations. Under the supervision of experienced senior engineers, responsibilities will include structural analysis, preparation of design calculations, quantity calculations and cost estimates, preparation of construction drawings in either AutoCAD or MicroStation and coordination with other engineers, CADD Designers and sub-consultants.

REQUIREMENTS
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, EIT certificate, and 2-4 years of structural analysis and design experience relative to bridges and highway facilities. Experience with BDS, SEISAB, SAP2000 or similar bridge design and structural analysis software and proficient skills using AutoCAD or MicroStation is required. California professional registration is a plus.
