Biomedical Online Engineer
Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: ServicesResponsibilities: -Set up and troubleshoot Network issues with customers including: DICOM, RIS, PACS, MUDB, and Remote Connectivity using a VNC client
Provide Bone Mineral Density service customers with Network and Phone support.
Troubleshoot and/or fix equipment issues
Working with local service teams to minimize equipment downtime and drive world class customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to improve overall Service Delivery processes, remote tools, and support capabilities.
Provide feedback to Engineering to address ongoing quality issues.
Support and lead BMD Service business initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: -BSEE, BSEET, BA, BS in Computer Science or equivalent, coupled with related experience in PACS, or AA with 6 years of related experience.
Network installation, maintenance and design experience
Network system operations and associated equipment familiarity
Experience with Information Systems integration
Experience with Microsoft Access Databases
Experience with Clinical and Radiology Systems products and related workflow
Strong inter-personal and communication skills
Highly motivated team player with demonstrated leadership skills
Willingness to travel, including overnight stays when required
Urgency and problem ownership skillsDesired: -Proficient knowledge of GE Lunar products.
Demonstrated negotiation, sales and network problem solving skills
Familiarity with product development and release processes
