Description of Duties
Provide technical support to third party software developers and licensees
Responsible for performing software design
Perform software design and programming
Provides product support and technical assistance to other departments, licensees, developers, and vendors
Analyze technical product problems and makes recommendations
Develops and analyzes product specifications
Develops and reviews documentation
Coordinate with Nintendo Co., Ltd. to resolve technical questions
Make recommendations regarding software and/or electronic design and product specifications
Perform written and verbal English and Japanese translations







Summary of Requirements
Fluency in verbal and written English and Japanese
Knowledge of design and implementation of 3D graphics and/or network-related software
Strong knowledge of software design and programming
Strong knowledge of various hardware and software development tools
Experience with modern CPU architectures, real-time embedded systems programming, C/C++, and Assembly languages
Technical writing skills
Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, third party developers, and other Nintendo departments
Project management skills
Excellent organizational skills
Electronic design a plus
Knowledge of circuitry a plus



Education
Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
