Bi-lingual I.T. Support Technician (Japanese/English)

TechTeam Global, Inc., is a global(multi-national) provider of information technology and business process out sourcing services. We are currently seeking a bi-lingual
(Japanese/English) I.T. Support Technician that will join our team. The successful canddiate must be flexible to work anytime between 6 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include PC Software/Hardware support via inbound phone calls, emails, and voicemails for devices in the office and production environment. Candidate will gain technical and customer service experience in a friendly, team environment. Candidate will be supporting both English and Japanese speaking customers.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must be fluent in reading and writing both English and Japanese. Candidates should be experienced in MS Office XP/2003 applications. Candidates should have basic hardware troubleshooting experience for PC's, printers and other external devices. Candidate needs to be flexible and able to work independently. Candidate must be able to understand and follow documented processes and procedures and be dedicated to providing high quality customer service.
Basic Dial-up and VPN knowledge and Lotus Notes experience is a plus.
