Avionics/Electrical Engineer

Purpose: Aerotek Aviation is looking for an Avionics/Electrical Engineer or Designer to work out of Hagerstown, Maryland.

The pay is negotiable, but we will pay whatever it takes to get the right candidate in the door. The correct candidate will possess the following characteristics:

Requirements:

3-5 years minimum avionics/electrical design engineering experience
4-year bachelor degree in engineering

Experience must include: communication, navigation, pulse equipment, audio systems, autopilot/Flight Director systems, flight management, systems integration, and power distribution systems

Experience/knowledge of FAR part 21,23,25 requirements
Familiarity with STC process
Systems integration (FMS, Audio)
Trouble shooting experience
Must be familiar with AutoCad, and be able to create following drawings:
Aircraft wiring
Cable Harness
Wire Routing
Ability to create electrical load analysis/electrical load statements
