Associate Engineer (Civil)

Purpose: An immediate need has come up for a Associate Engineer in Turlock,CA. Candidate must have an EIT certificate with a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field experience.

This dynamic individual will have knowledge of principles and practices as applied to computer usage, including but not limited to Auto CAD, Spreadsheet programs and Word Processing programs.


Responsibilities/Duties:

-Prepare plans and drawings neatly and accurately.

-Make engineering design calculations; check, design and prepare engineering plans.

-Deal effectively with engineers, developers, contractors, property owners and the general public.

-Understand and interpret engineering construction plans, specifications and other contract documents.

-Ensure project compliance with State, Federal, and local rules, laws and regulations.

-Interpret and apply pertinent laws, rules and regulations.
