Description: We are seeking an outstanding Assistant Production Manager to be part of a growing 50+year old American company specializing in wood and sheet metal assembly for high demand customers. The ideal candidate has been successful managing production, production team members, and safety and is willing to work second shift.

Key Responsibilities for this Position:

1. Coordinate all production departments thru team leaders
2. Ensure production meets quality, deadlines, and other objectives
3. Strategically plan production operations
4. Provide leadership for safety, process improvement
REQUIREMENTS
1. BS/BA degree in manufacturing management or industrial engineering
2. 7 years related experience in manufacturing.
3. Experience managing multiple departments
4. Experience implementing quality and production improvements
