Area Manager, Entry-Level
The Area Manager will plan, organize and direct functions concerning production and/or maintenance; supervise and manage hourly employees and crafts people ; ensure that all regulations and company policies are followed to create a safe and clean work environment; train and motivate associates to gain efficiency with respect to maximum productivity and superior quality; schedule and coordinate team meetings to accomplish departmental goals and objectives; maintain positive and constructive reinforcement; and review individual work records, safety, workmanship, attendance and production. Individual may be required to work any of four 12-hour shifts to support continuous operations, including nights and weekends or assigned 8-hour shifts.

The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, three years of manufacturing management experience, the ability to successfully complete the hiring process (including assessment center), strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment. The desire to grow professionally within a manufacturing company, including a willingness to relocate for growth opportunities is strongly preferred.

Electrical Engineer
The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, two to five years of related experience including PLC and Project Management experience, knowledge of six sigma, design of experiments and related analytical tools. We are seeking a motivated individual, able to lead as well as work in a team environment. This position requires a strong work ethic, positive work history, strong communication (verbal and written), computer (Excel, PowerPoint) and problem-solving skills. An understanding of statistical analysis and interpretation, as well as the ability to make sound decisions based on analysis (data and facts), is required. Experience in a manufacturing environment, the rubber industry and/or co-opor internship experience is a plus.
