Architectural Designer & Cad Technicians

Purpose: Our client, an award winning Architectural and Interior Design firm located in Santa Monica, California, with offices in Palm Springs and Riverside is currently looking for top-notch designers and Cad drafters to add to their team.

DESIGNERS - Santa Monica, CA

Job Requirements:
Degree in Architecture from an accredited university, Master?s preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Knowledgeable in or currently learning Revit
Strong rendering skills in 3D Studio Max and VIZ
Experience in K-12, higher education, civic and institutional, and assisted living

Single Family residential is NOT a good fit for this firm.

CAD DRAFTER/TECHINICIANS: Palm Springs and Riverside, CA

Job Requirements:
Architectural Degree
On path toward Licensure
Experience with Construction Documents and detailing
Working knowledge of UBC and ADA, CBC a big plus
Experience in education, K-12 and Community College; civic and institutional; some Type V, multi-family and Assisted Living is also preferred.
