Works on problems involving the evaluation of specifications for complex business requirements and processes (new, enhancements, maintenance), and develops and prepares computer solutions. Performs and leads modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts. Verifies program logic by preparing test data for trial runs, tests and debugs programs. Participates in the overall systems testing. Supports the implementation of the application into production.6+ years of experience in Enterprise-wide Applications Development as a Developer, Designer with relevant experience on multiple platforms. Active involvement in every aspect of Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) including Strategic Study, Requirements Analysis, Application Design, Technical Design, Development, Testing & Debugging, Implementation and Documentation.
6+ years of solid experience in Java/J2EE development. This person will work on problems involving the evaluation of specifications for complex business requirements and process (new, enhancements, maintenance), and develop and prepare computer solutions. This candidate must be willing to learn and have the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly. Needs to be a good team player and have good communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:
4 yr degree plus 6+ yrs solid software development experience

Proven skills with J2EE technologies such as MVC Framework (Struts), EJB, JSP, Servlets, Tag Libraries, JavaBeans, JNDI, JMS, and JDBC; Web technologies such as XML and SOAP; Enabling technologies such as Web Servers, Application Servers (WebLogic, JRun, Oracle9iAS, JBoss), Databases (Oracle), JavaScript, Ant, Eclipse, CVS

Proficient in using software configuration management systems.

Advanced technical skills in Java J2EE development EJBs, JSPs, Servlets, JDBC, HTML

Proficient with at least one (Jboss, Weblogic or Webspahere) application server.

OOA & OOD & OOP

Expertise in object-oriented analysis and design, Unified Modeling Language (UML).

Very experienced in Java based technology and architecture, specification, design, implementation, quality assurance, and deployment.

PKI and internet security knowledge a big plus

Very willing to learn & learn fast
