Applicants should be able to:

Provide expertise in statistical techniques, predictive methods, tolerance analysis, experimental design, multivariate SPC and process capability analysis
Characterize processes and propose control strategies
Collaborate with Quality Engineering to resolve manufacturing issues
Conduct extensive data mining to determine process trends or shifts
Provide statistical support to other functions and other business units
Coach and train engineers on applied statistical tools or techniques.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements include a M.S. in Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering or Analytical Chemistry (Chemometrics), as well as at least 2 years experience in a regulated industry applying statistical techniques in a process development and manufacturing environment. Experience with multivariate process characterization, monitoring and control is preferred.
