REQUIREMENTS
Emerson Power Transmission (Bearing Operations), a leading quality manufacturer of rolling element bearings, is seeking an Application Engineer for our Valparaiso, Indiana facility.
The successful candidate must possess a BSME, with a minimum of 1-3 years experience relating to the design and application of mechanical components bearings or mounted bearing units preferred). Direct experience with the application of precision cylindrical roller, needle and spherical bearings is desired. As part of the Application Engineering responsibility, the individual will analyze customer applications and recommend bearing products to solve customer problems. This position will also provide technical support on all EPT Bearing products to customers, EPT Sales and Bearing Division Manufacturing operations.Demonstrated communication skills are required with direct customer contact and support experience preferred.Competitive benefits package includes salary commensurate with experience, as well as life and AD&D, group health, dental, long-term disability, matching 401(k), vacation and company paid retirement.
