Work closely with Product Managers on assigned product lines.

Assist field organization with rapid and accurate responses to all inquiries involving presale support, application and order expediting.

Work with engineering and quality teams for resolution of field problems.

Communicate product competitive strategies to the field. Provide training to the sales force as required.

Maintain competitive analysis for assigned product lines.

Update literature and software.
