The activities include development of test and evaluation concepts, review of Service test plans, observation of tests, and preparation of independent evaluations. REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should have an advanced degree in engineering or a physical science with relevance to the evaluation of aircraft vulnerability. Candidates should have experience relevant to helicopter design and performance. Experience with Navy/Marine Corps helicopter operation, design, or acquisition is a plus. Experience in the test and evaluation of military aircraft is a plus.
