Aircraft Structural Analyst

Purpose: Aerotek CE is recruiting for an Aircraft Structural Analyst for a LONG TERM Contract in the West Palm Beach, FL area. Qualified candidates will perform the following duties.

Responsibilities will include support of flight test aircraft, liaison support of production line and support of preliminary and final design on helicopter primary and secondary structure.

Skills/Experience: 5+ years professional airframe stress analysis experience with primary and secondary structure is required. B. S. in M.E., A.E. or C.E. is required. Must be proficient with classical hand stress analysis methods for aircraft structure. Must have thorough understanding of load paths, stability of structure, and aircraft structural behavior.
Experience with fatigue, durability and damage tolerance is desired.
Experience in documentation of structural integrity and substantiation by report writing and test evaluation is required. Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is required. Experience and proficiency with Nastran, Patran and Catia V4 / V5 is desired.Classification:ContractCompensation:
