A leading company providing software solutions for the business intelligence market. Looking to expand its Account Executive sales team. This outside sales position involves direct selling and managing them to closure. It requires working with prospects and customers and executing an effective territory strategy that drives product and services revenue growth. This position can be based out of any of the Southeast states, but will require 50% travel with the territory. Candidates must have Oracle and/or Siebel E-business applications within the BI or SW industry to be considered.Core Deliverables and ResposibilitiesDirect sales of software and services into a general business account territoryManagement and development of installed customer accountsTerritory planning and forecasting of General Business accounts (<$750mil)50% travel within Southeast territoryWorking effectively in a virtual team environment (with sales consulting, consulting, inside sales and support)Note: To be considered, your resume must meet specific position requirements and you must identify either the job title or job code for a specific open position. REQUIREMENTS
Strategic sales experience selling major ERP and CRM solutionsExperience with the Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Siebel CRM is a mustHigh-energy personality with drive and "hunter" mentality is a mustProven track record of meeting/exceeding quotasDemonstrated ability to build and maintain a sales pipeline to appropriate levels3-5 years of successful enterprise applications salesWorking functional knowledge of ERP/CRM systemsWorking technical knowledge of BI tools and architecturesAbility to communicate effectively with both IT and end user departmentsBachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communication or related field and/or equivalent work experience in software sales preferred.
