AQP Engineer - World class company, Western Suburbs

Global manufacturing client in the Western Suburbs is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join their team. This person's responsibility is to develop and maintain the quality system for new and revised products which is consistent with corporate quality policy. To actively participate on product development projects and programs as the Quality representative from the Quality function. Provides technical support to product engineering, marketing, plants, etc. Develops Quality System for new products and product changes including the development of inspection methods, inspection equipment, and inspection frequency. Facilitates and provides expertise in the development of FMEA's, Control Plans, Qualification Plans, etc., in new product development and product changes.
REQUIREMENTS
· BS Degree in Engineering or other related field · 2 years experience in Quality engineering · Knowledge of statistics · Design of Experiments training · ISO/QS Internal Auditor training
