The Global Learning & Development organization is responsible for all non-technical training around the globe.Responsibilities:
Assists in the development, administration and delivery of training and educational programs in connection with management and promotional development, on the job training and employee orientations. Maintains records of training activities and employee progress and monitors effectiveness of programs. Assists other departments with transferring their training registration and reporting to the Learning Management System (LMS). Facilitates upgrades and solutions to problems. Tracks metrics and generates reports. Acts as a liaison to assist users with the system. Chairs the LMS Administrator Community of Practice. Designs ways to help users understand and easily use the system. Handles special projects, as assigned.Posted: 8/16/2006

REQUIREMENTS
Broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures associated with training tracking, database design, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong database skills. Strong customer service skills.
