The Johnson County Mental Health Center is seeking a Youth Care Worker on a full-time basis. Responsible for the supervision and care of adolescents in a residential alcohol/drug treatment program. Duties include managing client behavior and administering the behavioral level system; facilitating and documenting client activities/groups.

REQUIREMENTS
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Knowledge of addiction and experience working with adolescents in a residential or treatment setting required. Addiction counselor certification or willingness to become certified required. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
