Youth Care Worker 20140 PA

Make a positive difference in the life of girls 11-18 years of age in a short-term residential program. Learn to teach social skills using a behavioral model. A High School diploma is required. Prefer a college degree in HS, SW or Psychology and/or at least one year working with youth. REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 21 years of age and Pass a medical examination. Pass a thorough background reference check. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (prefer some college credit). Have a concern for youth and a strong desire to work in the human services field. A valid state drivers license and evidence (through the background check) of a good driving record. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to care for our youth, staffing for the shelter consists of 8-10 hour shifts seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
