Financial Services
Develop training curriculum for Wealth Management Group, inclusive of conducting needs analysis, determining learning objectives, and developing training solutions in multiple mediums
Conduct Needs Analysis to determine which components have a training solution and which ones have a business solution as well as determining appropriate learning content
Ascertain and develop appropriate learnng objectives based on analysisDesign curriculum Evaluate effectiveness of training programs

REQUIREMENTS
Ability to implement the instructional design process, including:Instructional Needs Analysis Identification of evaluation criteria and instruments Training programs aligned with learning objectives that achieve learning goals, in an efficient and cost effective manner Proficiency with use of educational technologies, including computer based instruction, computer based learning systems, and other state of the art learning technologies Knowledge of issues related to adult learning
Minimum of 3 years experience, preferably in a business environment
Experience managing instructional projects
Superior communication skills, written and oral
Ability to function as member of a team
Flexible with the ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities
