That’s where you’d fit in. The training and development team at SAIF designs and delivers specialized training to our employees and external customers. As a member of this team, you will focus your efforts on developing and honing employees’ skills in communications, customer service, problem-solving, creative thinking, presentations, conflict resolution, and meeting management. You will consult with supervisors and employees to foster team development; facilitate process improvement, planning, and goal-setting; and lead new employee orientation. In addition, you will have an opportunity to expand your training expertise into a variety of supervisory and management training topics.

REQUIREMENTS

If you’re articulate and people-savvy, and have a bachelor’s degree and significant experience designing, developing, and delivering adult training curricula in a business setting using a wide variety of traditional and non-traditional techniques, we’d like to hear from you. Excellent computer skills are a must. If you have completed advanced college-level coursework or professional workshops in adult learning, group dynamics and facilitation, and have experience in a bilingual or cross-cultural setting, that’s even better.
