We are seeking a creative, confident Training Manager to join our friendly, energetic team. In this hands-on role, you would oversee employee development while ensuring high-quality training and results. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your training and management skills while enjoying all the perks that come with working for a healthcare industry leader.



Key functions include:


Driving individual and team performance
Monitoring workflow and activities in consideration of global and site-level goals
Executing and improving both site specific and gloal training initiatives
Meeting with production to coordinate and assign training classes and initiatives
Coaching and improving training and delivery performance
Evaluating effectiveness of training classes
Conducting reviews
Participating in managerial meetings to provide updates


Job Requirements:

Training experience is required, including experience executing and improving both site-specific and global training initiatives. The chosen candidate will also have prior management/supervisory experience. Project management and call center experience are highly preferred. General MS Office proficiency is required.
