We are looking for a skilled and assertive coaching professional to join our team in this challenging but rewarding role. As a Trainer, you would guide new and existing employees on job functions essential in their job performance. Your ability to take initiative while maintaining a motivating attitude would be vital in this position. The primary responsibilities of include:


Supporting new business implementation processes


Training the enterprise client services call center.


Training new and existing employees on job functions including case implementation, technical training and any process implementation enhancements


Training employees on new products


Conducting entry level employee training for job specific skills


Updating any existing training materials and documentation


Developing new documents as systems and processes are enhanced


Participating in "train the trainer" sessions, including coaching new employees within the training department


Moving all documentation to an internal database used used for project mgmt, documentation, training plans, tracking training, etc.

Job Requirements:

Prior presentation experience is required as is keen organizational skills. Teaching, training or coaching/mentoring experience is strongly preferred. A technical writing history is valued. Training experience in the healthcare industry is ideal. Lotus Notes skills are a plus. Stellar verbal and written communication skills are imperative. Proficiency in MS Office applications is needed.
