Trainer/Instructor

Purpose: We are looking for experienced trainers/facilitators to assist one of our clients in San Antonio on a long-term learning systems engagement. Qualified candidates will be responsible for the following:

Prepare for and Conduct Training
Provide Students appropriate feedback on exams and assessments
Provide feedback to Curriculum Developers on needed training adjustments

Candidates will provide support including but not limited to:

Train the Trainer
Conduct formal classroom training
Course Facilitation
On-Line Facilitation
CBT's
Web-based instruction
Workshops
Exercises
Seminars and 1 on 1 Coaching

Qualified candidates must have at least four years of training experience
and specialized experience to include developing and providing training for organizational skills/soft skills.

This is a long-term contract position in San Antonio that includes the possibility of permanent employment with our client. All candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and back ground check.Classification:ContractCompensation:
