The Trainer is responsible for the development, design and delivery of training for sales, real estate and operations personnel at IBF.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the preparation and instruction of all applicable courses to IBF personnel.
• Responsible to work with the Training Department Assistant as well as branch, sales, real estate and operations management to schedule training sessions for their personnel.
• Responsible for ongoing new course development as well as the reviewing and modifying existing courses.
• Responsible to communicate with all departments in order to maintain an understanding of changes in processes, procedures and programs that will impact existing training areas and the development of new training topics.
• Understand and follow the Bayview Financial Company Tenets.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Training

REQUIREMENTS
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including public speaking.
• Good cognitive and analytical skills are required.
• Established “attention to detail”skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability and willingness to travel for business purposes (most training is done in fort Washington, PA, so travel should be less than 15%)
• College degree or equivalent business experience required.
• Minimum of three years training and development experience.
• Experience in the mortgage industry or related field is preferred but cannot substitute for recent full-time training and development experience.
