TeleSales Account Representative

SRA, a division of The McGraw-Hill Learning Group, has an immediate opening for a Telesales Account Representative in our Alpharetta, Georgia office. Individual is responsible for maximizing sales in assigned territory of new and backlist titles and to obtain territory editorial objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for calling on schools and districts within assigned area to sell textbooks and software for classroom use.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred
2 Years of inside or outside sales experience
Sales experience
Experience with academic institutions
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Strong communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Teaching experience a plus
Responsibilities include qualifying, selling and closing leads, educating customers on benefits of McGraw-Hill text and services by telephone and mail. May also be required to attend conventions as well as conduct in-person calls to local schools. Attendance at annual sales meeting required. Special projects and school file maintenance.
