Job Description:
Responsible for the design and development of technical training curriculum for the customer base. Ensures training courses address all levels of customers in the use of company products/services. Responsible for designing course outlines, gathering technical documentation, and developing course workbooks and trainer notes. Interfaces with engineering and service to develop specifications for course content.

Must be knowledgeable of:
the lnstructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology
the ADDIE model

Must be able to:
Analyze system(s) to gain complete understanding of it
Conduct Needs Assessment and Task Analysis
Build performance measures
Develop learning objectives
Develop tests (Criterion or Norm Referenced)
Validate instruction to ensure it accomplishes all goals and objectives
Create a Training Plan for developing the training
Revise training system to make appropriate improvements
Create and maintain Project Plan
Meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision

Must be competent in using Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
BA/BS or equivalent in Instructional Design or similar with at least 3 years of related experience
