Teacher - Home based program

Porter Educational is looking for qualified teachers to serve in the postion of Professional Home Based Instructor.
DUTIES:To deliver a home based curriculum and instructional services to students throughout the Metropolitan Area. Instructors will be responsible for helping students to reach grade level proficiency using standardized teaching and learning strategies, the PE&C approach, and by adhering to the Stae Learning Outcomes, State Learning Objectives, and State Standards of Learning. Monthly and quarterly reporting of student progress required.HOURS:Instructors have autonomy to create their own schedule in conjunction with the parent and child. Children will receive an average of three hours of instruction per week.PAY RATE:Up to $42.50/Session
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:Must have teaching experience in a public or private school setting. Teaching certification highly preferred.
