TRAINING SPECIALIST

Southwest Human Development, a non-profit organization, provides high-quality services in early childhood development, child health and welfare, services for children with disabilities, training, and Head Start.

Our Training department is seeking a Training Specialist to provide training, technical support and on-site coaching to a wide variety of personnel working in Early Childhood Education with children ages birth to five.

The ideal candidate would be able to work independently in the coordination, design, delivery and evaluation of training projects in a variety of early childhood settings; infant / toddler expertise required; excellent written and verbal skills, computer expertise with Windows applications, Power Point a plus.

REQUIREMENTS
MA or PhD in Early Childhood Education; minimum of five years experience in training, evaluation and grant writing related to Early Childhood Education; availability for in-state travel as well as occasional weekends.
