TRAINING COORDINATOR

Four positions needed to be filled immediately.

Administrative SpecialistResponsible for administrative and operational management of functions including financial/budget, human resources, customer service/stakeholder, training and procurement. Coordinates administrative and operational support for the hub and associated spoke airport(s). Develops, monitors and executes administrative actions (HR, travel arrangements, performance, etc.). Recommends and implements new or modified guidelines, work processes and operations.

Administrative Assistant/ Administrative SupportPerforms a variety of administrative functions in the hub airport in the areas of human resources, finance, and procurement, responds to general inquiries and ensures timely handling of sensitive materials. Serves as a Time and Attendance (T&A) representative, managing and maintaining data for all personnel.

Administrative ClerkProvides a variety of administrative support. Types a variety of correspondence and reports. Reviews typed material to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedural directives. Establishes and maintains files, answers the telephone, takes and relays messages. Serves as a Time and Attendance (T&A) representative, managing and maintaining data for all personnel.

Human Resource SpecialistMaintains oversight of all human resources contractual activities, assists with implementation of policies, guidance and programs that are used in to identify and promote the best and most efficient HR practices allowing field offices to establish and administer programs necessary to create and sustain a diverse and highly skilled workforce. Assists with: Employee Relations and Grievances; Performance Management; Benefits and compensation management; Workers Compensation Program; TSO Local Hiring and Strategic Hiring Planning.

Each position is a one Year contract with benefits.
