This is an ideal opportunity for someone to work with the global leader in the rapidly emerging field of robotic-assisted minimally invasive surgery. Your clinical background and technical breadth will enable you to become a domain expert in our four primary surgical specialties. You will conduct training sessions at our Sunnyvale, California, headquarters and will also have the chance to meet with innovative surgeon thought leaders from whom you'll learn more about general surgery, gynecologic surgery, cardiac surgery, and urology. With planned growth in this area, the qualified candidate will position themselves for possible advancement to the director level and have education specialist and education managers reporting to them.

REQUIREMENTS
As our Education Manager your ability to provide information in a compelling way to a classroom of 10 to 20 "type A" sales professionals, some of whom will have clinical and technical expertise well beyond yours, will be crucial to your success. Our ideal candidate is someone who can successfully develop Macromedia Breeze-based clinical training content and also knows how to facilitate a classroom. You will receive extensive training on the surgical procedures we perform to help you address the clinical side of the job, and certainly a background in health sciences (biology, anatomy, physiology) or biomedical engineering would allow you to understand our technology and the surgical procedures more easily. You will enjoy tremendous freedom in creating your content and Macromedia Breeze, Adobe and Word are tools you will use daily. Because your audience will be our own sales team, you will have the opportunity to make an impact on our bottom line revenues by making them more effective in their jobs. Want to be exceptional?
