Student Services Manager I Director

Student Services Manager I (Director of Financial Aid) Reporting to the Dean of Enrollment Management, the director of financial aid is responsible for supervising and coordinating the overall financial aid process. Serves as a key member of the College's strategic enrollment management team and is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive financing services for students from federal, state, institutional, and private sources. Assisting in the development of the financial aid long-range plan, providing supervision and development for 6 staff members, and managing the budget for the office MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: A Master's Degree and one year experience in student services programs required. A Bachelors degree with comprehensive financial aid experience may be substituted for the Masters degree, as approved by the State Office of Human Resources. Eight to ten years of progressive financial aid management experience in a higher education setting is preferred. Knowledge of the Banner System is a plus. BAND/ANTICIPATED HIRING SALARY: Band 6 / $35,414-$50,467-$65,521 annualized.DEADLINE: Open until filled, application review begins immediately.
