Staffing Partner - Sales & Marketing

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
*Creatively source, evaluate and place candidates for management-level positions
*Effectively utilize competency and behavior based interviewing to select high performance candidates
*Lead various staffing projects and initiatives, staying within budget while ensuring successful implementation
*Collaborate with campus People Services teams to ensure staffing programs and procedures are implemented as intended
*Proactively partner with organizational leaders to develop creative recruitment strategies
*Work closely with vendors to create and maintain quality relationships
*Assist in driving the implementation of new staffing processes across the organization, including: project management, process management, training, coaching, and influencing hiring managers and other key clients

REQUIREMENTS
Job Specifications:
?Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
?Masters Degree preferred
?5+ staffing experience, with at least 3 years filling management-level positions
?Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
?Knowledge of personal computer software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
