Staff Developement Instructor

The Staff Development Instructor functions as educator, facilitator and resource person, to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate staff development programs, under the direction of the Staff Development Director. The Staff Development Instructor is responsible for the process of orientation, preceptor program, competency assessment, auditing and education and training of all facility staff, under the direction of the Staff Development Director. These are consistent with the goals of Saunders House, and meet regulatory agency's requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
RN/LPN License in PA, must have three (3) years experience in Long Term Care. Working knowledge of Long-term care regulations and associated paperwork, including MDS and Care Plan.
Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
A minimum of two (2) years of training/instructing experience.
