Licensed RN needed as Director of Staff Development for Lynwood Healthcare Center, a 54-bed skilled nursing facility located in Fridley, Minnesota.

As a facility department head, plans, revises, coordinates, implements, and evaluates general orientation, nursing skills training, in-service education for nursing associates which leads to improved recruitment retention of facility staff and overall reduced turnover. Must be a Registered Nurse.
