The Grow Network currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Solutions Manager based in New York City.



The Solutions Manager will help support the Director, Solutions Development by developing solutions for sales proposals, with a specific focus on technology solutions.



This role will be responsible for the following functions:
Leading the collaboration among internal teams to develop customer-specific solutions for RFP's and unsolicited proposals in order to obtain new business.
Advising Proposal Manager on solutions throughout the development of sales proposals.
Under the general direction of the Director, Solutions Development, work with other McGraw-Hill business units and/or outside vendors to develop and communicate sales solutions.
Develop a strong understanding of solutions that are offer, including, but not limited to technology solutions, and how the solutions relate to the customer's needs.
Collaborate with sales team to develop spin business (up-sell) model for solutions.
Partner with internal teams to identify specific implementation issues and work with internal teams to resolve these issues.
Liaise with Client Relations to result in one voice to the customer and resolve issues from a sales solutions perspective.
Work closely with client services to assess and distill client needs, partnering with internal teams to develop customized products or product features that address those needs


Job Requirements
3 to 5 years experience in program management or business development, including product/technology implementation
Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
Excellent presentation skills
Self-starter, with the ability to work independently
Evidence of successful past collaboration with internal teams
Deadline-conscious, results-driven, and high-performing in a high intensity environment
Experience in implementation of educational technology preferred
