Our Software Developers work collaboratively in small teams to create software solutions that enable MindLeaders to set the standard in e-Learning functionality and effectiveness. Duties include developing software for the presentation of e-learning solutions, developing database software and interfaces for presentation systems, debugging software, and participating in design and architecture decision making.
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science; 2 to 3 years of software development experience; at least 2 years experience in Java, JavaScript, NT and UNIX web servers, C and C++; strong analytical skills; and demonstrated leadership and project management abilities. Experience with Java, Oracle, and JBoss application server is preferred.
