Shelf Scoring Manager (Indianapolis)

Responsible for all scoring related activities required to support customer requirements and achieve customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supervising staff to perform the scoring process functions for CTB products and programs
Ensuring superior customer communications and service by working directly with customers when scoring problems arise
Evaluating scoring processes and systems to recommend changes to gain efficiency, accuracy and improved turn-around time
Manage expenses according to departmental budget
Create and maintain a team environment that allows members to develop expertise in all aspects of the processJob Requirements

Required:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years operations experience
Demonstrated ability to develop business strategies and plans in response to customer requests, and to communicate effectively with customers.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, hold authority, make appropriate decisions, and resolve personnel conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Proven ability to manage a diverse work group in a multi-tasked, fast-paced team environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability for occasional business travel of a short duration.

Background in operations, data processing, and/or education
Management experience
Knowledge of CTB scoring operations and systems
