Job DutiesProvide training to employees on the use of desktop applications; such as Microsoft Office programs.Plan the training schedule quarterly.Provide technical support to end-user problems (via email, telephone, or in person if employee is on-site).Develop training materials for specialized or customized courses.Coordinate the maintenance of hardware and software used in training.Help with the maintenance and improvement of the department website on the Company Intranet.Design tools for evaluating learner skills and improving effectiveness of the training programs.Provide back-up for the Administrative Coordinator's position; including processing of enrollments and generating monthly and quarterly training reports when needed.Provide technical support for the Executive Office as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.

Job RequirementsBachelor?s degree required.At least 3 years of training experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments to meet established and varying deadlines.Strong motivation to work with people.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships.Proven ability to adapt and respond to evolving work demands.Power user in Microsoft Access and Dreamweaver preferred.Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Business Objects, HTML, Microsoft SharePoint, SQL, and .NET a plus.Ability to travel 25% to World Savings locations throughout the country.Advanced computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeŽ applications, Publisher, and Visio; Crystal Reports; Adobe Acrobat, and other desktop applications.
