SENIOR ADMISSIONS REPRESENTATIVE
Fenton, MO

This is an ideal opportunity for the sales/management professional that needs more significance in his/her SALES career. This position provides an opportunity to help students achieve their goals and change their lives through education opportunities WHILE you are meeting your professional, financial, and personal goals (those interested in moving into a management position should apply).

Responsibilities:
Work with the Director of Admissions on achieving monthly budgets, start budgets and the growth and productivity of the admissions team.
Motivate and drive successful results.
Participate in daily coaching/training to create solid and sound results.
Perform the following Admissions duties:
Interviewing potential students
Application paperwork and follow up
Generated Leads
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree is preferred; however we will consider candidates with an equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
Industry experience and 2 years of SALES experience is preferred.
Electric telephone personality.
Dynamic communication skills.
Professional Image is a must!
The ability to work a flexible schedule that requires evenings and Saturdays.
