Residential Workers

Lake Grove is a residential treatment facility serving a co-ed population of adolescents aged 10-21 yrs. We are one of the largest private residential facilities in CT and are JCAHO and NCASES accredited.
Residential Youth Worker - FT- 32 hrs per week, PT & per diem available 2nd and 3rd shift awake staff. Duties include providing role modeling/mentoring, applying behavior intervention techniques, following individual treatment plans, supervising daily client activities, organizing and monitoring recreational activities, completing timely documentation.

REQUIREMENTS
4 yr. degree preferred. Requires minimum of high school diploma.
Must possess excellent communication skills - oral & written.Must have valid CT driver's license with good driving record. Public Passenger endorsement to driver's license must be obtained.Staring rate is 11.94/hr. without 4 yr. degree or 4 yrs. institutional Human Service experience working with children.
Rate is $13.52/hr. with 4 yr. degree or 4 yrs. institutional Human Service experience working with children.
